Who is Michelle D Ivy
Chicago born actress Michelle D. Ivy prides herself on taking on challenging roles that are outside of her comfort zone.
Michelle D. Ivy is a Chicago born actress whose love for the arts began at the early age of seven as a self-taught pianist. She learned and performed dance at the local park district until college, where she continued her love for dance, founding the Rhythm Nation Dance Troupe.
While in college, her passion for the arts escalated and Michelle developed a deep ambition for acting and writing and hasn't looked back since. She's performed in numerous stage productions, including the one she's most proud of, "Shante's Reality Check," her first original stage play which she produced in 2002.
Michelle has also performed in many films, including the very first Feature Film produced under Michelle D. Ivy Films, "Forever Family", which is currently in production and set to have a Chicago premiere in Summer 2015. Michelle credits God for blessing her with great talent and skills, also her mom Jessie Ivy and her late father Jonathan Ivy. Michelle is excited to have EXPOSED read and listen to the vision unfold.
